Regan Miles

Regan has devoted his 27-year career exclusively to helping natural health-based companies thrive. At Nature’s Way, Regan spent over a decade at the executive level running all company operations. His next career move was as Senior Vice President of Pharmanex, where he was responsible for global operations including actively designing and managing a production facility in China. Regan then served as President of Integrative Therapeutics where he successfully managed the merger of four independent natural healthcare businesses; he achieved a sustainable business base and culture for the merged company before joining the ECONET in 2001. Enticed by the stellar science and innovation practiced by the ECONET family of companies, Regan moved to Unigen where he has built a strong and successful business. During his tenure at Unigen, the company went from a nonexistent customer base to a thriving business that has experienced greater than 40% annual growth consistently for the past four years.

 

Rich Razgaitis

While at Johnson & Johnson and Eli Lilly, Rich spearheaded sales and marketing strategies for key blockbuster brands. As VP of a Manhattan based start-up, he helped lead the company to profitability while generating growth for dozens of diverse pharmaceutical and over-the-counter products—providing effective strategies to 18 of the world’s top 25 pharmaceutical, biotech, and consumer-goods companies. Rich has also led the new products launch for a private nutritional company while simultaneously building a novel and sustainable distribution channel.

Scientific method and validation has always been central to Univera’s mission. Stephen is the steward of that connection. As a best-selling author and former university instructor in Clinical Nutrition, Stephen has a true gift for communicating the complexities of healing and nutrition in simple, understandable language. Before joining Univera, Stephen consulted for athletes and members of the U.S. Olympic Team, served on the faculty of the American College of Sports Medicine, and directed the nation’s first federally-licensed clinical laboratory specializing in nutrition and immunology.

 

Ralph Bietz
Chief Global Operations Officer

Ralph brings extensive international business operations, technical leadership, and industry expertise to Univera. An award-winning executive, Ralph has vast experience in supply-chain management, manufacturing, distribution, new product introductions, and venture start-ups in a number of diverse industries. His background includes senior executive positions in multiple global markets for multinational corporations including Coca-Cola, Monsanto, Hoechst Pharmaceuticals AG, and Pepsi-Co affiliate PBNW. Ralph holds a BS in Chemical Biotechnology Engineering, an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business, and an MS and PhD in Naturology (chemistry, botany, biology, and naturopathic health). Ralph will oversee Univera’s supply-chain, technology, manufacturing, shipping, and product development.
